Transformative and Restorative Justice: We partner with organizations to build restorative practices that transform conflict, stabilize transitions, and tend to collective grief.
Liberatory Organizational Culture: Together we create a culture rooted in connection, shared leadership and deep values alignment.
Collective Narrative Building: Using Playback Theater as a tool for storytelling groups are able to build strong narrative alignment, and inform public facing narrative strategies.
Shamanic Facilitation is a unique style of facilitation Yvette has crafted from over thirty years of experience working with groups. Through this integrated approach Yvette works delivers immersive experiences to transform your organizational culture. Some core components that make Shamanic Facilitation special include:
Altar based practice that invites land, ancestors and spirit into the setting goals, and achieving outcomes.
Collaborative and co-facilitated spaces which engage highly aligned space holders and content experts
Attending to the shadow lurking with the body of the organization.
